The perfect game type for The Masked Singer super fans who want to avoid the impact of spoilers. Every week, you’ll choose a lineup of judges who will earn (or lose) points depending on what they say or do during the episode. After each episode, you will have the option to choose a new team for the following week.
Can be earned once per episode, by multiple contestants.
These rules all pertain to The Masked Singer performances.
PERFORMING WELL
+3 Judge stands on an elevated surface or uses a prop
+4 Judge gets on stage/performs or sings at judge’s desk
+5 Judge makes a guess during a mask intro clip
AGREE TO DISAGREE?
+2 Judge’s guess is complimented by another judge
+3 Majority of audience cheers/nods or Nick Cannon compliments judge’s guess
-2 Judge’s guess is insulted by another judge
-4 Majority of audience boos/thumbs down or Nick Cannon insults judge’s guess
CLASSIC MASKED SINGER MOMENTS
+2 Judge makes a pun about the mask’s name
+4 Judge says ‘Season 12’ or a past season’s mask name
Keep an eye out for the accuracy of the judges' final guesses.
GUESSING GAME
+5 Judge’s final guess is right after previously guessing the wrong celebrity that episode
+7 Judge doubles down on a previous weeks’ guess and gets the unmasking correct
+15 Judge’s final guess before the celebrity is unmasked is correct
-4 Judge doubles down on a previous weeks’ guess but gets the unmasking incorrect
-6 Judge’s final guess is wrong after previously guessing the correct celebrity at any point during the season
All leagues are automatically scored after each episode, with results posted after the episode airs on the West Coast. Point breakdowns for each contestant can be found in our Scoring Recaps.
