Last Updated: September 25, 2025
Bracketology.tv, Inc. strives to provide a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gameplay experience. This Customer Dispute Policy explains how we handle customer concerns regarding transactions, gameplay, and Sweepstakes prizes.
1. Scope of Disputes
This policy applies to the following types of disputes:
- Transaction disputes: Issues related to the purchase of Coins, billing errors, or unauthorized charges (must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction).
- Gameplay and scoring disputes: Questions regarding rankings, results, or scoring (must be submitted within 7 days of the publication of results).
- Prize disputes: Concerns related to the awarding of Redeemable Bucks for Pools entered with Bucks or any Coin earning mechanism.
This policy does not apply to:
- Refund requests for Coins. As stated in our Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Policy, all sales of Coins are final and non-refundable.
- Refund requests related to Bucks, because Bucks can only be obtained for free through bonuses in Coins purchases, alternate methods of entry, and social media giveaways.
- Compensation requests for bugs, outages, or technical issues. Bracketology.tv reserves the right to void contests in its sole discretion if necessary to preserve contest integrity.
2. Submitting a Dispute

3. We will provide a resolution within 30 days (for transaction disputes) or 7 days (for scoring disputes), unless extended due to complexity.
Bracketology.tv reserves the right to correct scoring errors, disqualify entries, or adjust rankings as needed to preserve contest integrity. All scoring and ranking decisions made by Bracketology.tv are final and binding.
4. Outcomes
Dispute outcomes may include:
- Correction of transaction or scoring errors.

- Re-issuance of Coins/Bucks Currency in the event of a verified prize error.

Refunds for Coin purchases will not be issued under any circumstances.
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated through a payment provider, Bracketology.tv reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation. Accounts linked to fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be suspended or terminated.
6. Arbitration and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal dispute process described above, any remaining dispute arising from or relating to this policy, our Terms and Conditions, or the Bracketology.tv Sweepstakes Policy shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration as set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
This includes all disputes whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity. Arbitration shall be conducted pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar service selected by the parties, before a single neutral arbitrator, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement to arbitrate applies except where prohibited by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Delaware for disputes not subject to arbitration.
In short: arbitration will only occur if we are unable to resolve your dispute internally. We encourage all users to first use our dispute process before seeking arbitration.
7. Final Authority
Bracketology.tv retains final authority over scoring, results, and the integrity of all contests. We may void contests or disqualify entries at our sole discretion if necessary to protect fairness and compliance.
