What is MasterChef?

MasterChef is a long-running reality TV show where amateur cooks compete for the coveted title of MasterChef. The American version, which premiered in 2010, is hosted by the fiery chef Gordon Ramsay, alongside other culinary experts.

Throughout the season, contestants face a variety of challenges that test their creativity, technical skills, and ability to handle pressure. They might have to replicate a complex dish, cook with a mystery basket of ingredients, or prepare a meal for a hundred hungry guests. Winners progress through the competition, while losers are sent home with dreams of culinary glory slightly singed.
