Cassandra Franklin

Cassandra Franklin was a 42-year-old College Administrator from Los Angeles, California when she became the Co-Runner-Up of Survivor: Fiji. A UCLA employee for 23 years who managed the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Southeast Communities Prevention and Intervention Program, Cassandra participated in fundraising for organizations supporting minorities with AIDS and breast cancer research. She was isolated on the original Moto tribe with Dreamz but became part of the dominant Syndicate Alliance after the tribe switch with Earl and Yau-Man. Cassandra made it to the Final Tribal Council as part of the first all-African-American Final Three in Survivor history but was heavily criticized by the jury for perceived coattail-riding and received zero votes in the 9-0-0 decision.
