Crystal Cox

Crystal Cox was a 29-year-old Olympic Gold Medalist from Durham, North Carolina when she competed on Survivor: Gabon. Despite being an Olympic athlete, Crystal famously performed poorly in physical challenges throughout the season. She formed a powerful alliance with Ken Hoang and led the Fang Alliance against the Onion Alliance. Crystal was blindsided at the final six when Sugar Kiper flipped and voted against her. Her Olympic medal was later stripped due to doping violations.
