Francesca Hogi made Survivor history on Caramoan by becoming the first person ever voted out first twice. The attorney from Washington, DC was previously the first boot on Redemption Island. Despite trying to play differently, she was targeted by Phillip and couldn't escape her fate. Francesca's dubious record makes her one of the most memorable first boots in Survivor history.
