Jay Starrett was a 27-year-old Real Estate Agent from Fort Lauderdale, Florida when he competed on Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X. A charismatic leader on the Millennial tribe, Jay was a strong physical and strategic player. He found a Hidden Immunity Idol and was a consistent challenge threat. Jay was voted out at the final six and has since become a notable Survivor personality.
