Kathy Sleckman

Kathy Sleckman was a 45-year-old Golf Course Vendor from Glen Ellyn, Illinois when she competed on Survivor: Micronesia. A superfan of the show, Kathy was thrilled to be selected for the Fans tribe. However, she struggled mentally with the conditions of the game and made the difficult decision to quit on Day 19 after suffering a mental breakdown. Her departure was one of three non-elimination exits during the season.
