Kelly Bruno

Kelly Bruno finished fifteenth on Survivor: Nicaragua as one of the most inspirational contestants in the show's history. She competed as an amputee, having lost her leg below the knee in a lawnmower accident as a child. As a medical student from North Carolina, she never let her disability hold her back and competed fiercely in challenges. She was targeted and eliminated because her tribemates feared she could garner sympathy votes from the jury.
