Kourtney Moon

Kourtney Moon was the first person eliminated from Survivor: One World after suffering a medical evacuation. As a motorcycle repairwoman from Texas, she broke her wrist during the first immunity challenge when she landed incorrectly on a net. She became the first woman to be medically evacuated from Survivor. Kourtney later faced additional hardship when she was diagnosed with cancer around the time her elimination episode aired.
