Maryanne Oketch

Maryanne Oketch was a 24-year-old Seminary Student from Ajax, Ontario, Canada when she won Survivor 42. Starting on the Taku tribe, Maryanne was known for her bubbly personality and infectious energy. She found a Hidden Immunity Idol and kept it secret, playing it to secure her path to the end. At Final Tribal Council, Maryanne revealed her strategic game and won in a 7-1-0 vote over Mike Turner and Romeo Escobar, becoming the second Canadian winner.
