Shannon Elkins finished nineteenth on Survivor: Nicaragua after a controversial performance at his tribe's first Tribal Council. As a pest control company owner from Louisiana, he initially positioned himself well within the La Flor tribe. However, his aggressive behavior and controversial comments at Tribal Council turned his alliance against him. He was blindsided in a 7-3 vote after alienating his tribemates.
