Lauren Richardson was a 26-year-old PE Teacher from East London when she appeared on the first season of Love Island UK. She entered on Day 1 and initially coupled with Josh Ritchie before being paired with Chris Williamson and Luis Morrison at various points. Lauren reunited with Josh for the final coupling and they finished in third place. Her athletic background and down-to-earth personality made her a fan favourite throughout the series.
