Avery Grooms entered the Love Island USA Season 4 villa on Day 16 during Casa Amor, arriving from Fresno, California where she worked as a sales representative. The Casa Amor twist is notoriously difficult for newcomers, and Avery found out firsthand. She was dumped on Day 19 after failing to couple up, making her one of the Casa Amor casualties who never got to experience the main villa.
