Bella Barbaro arrived at the
Love Island USA Season 4 villa on Day 16 during Casa Amor, coming from Long Island, New York where she worked as a hostess. The Casa Amor twist presented an opportunity to break up existing couples, and Bella made it into the main villa. Unfortunately, her connections didn't develop into something lasting, and she was dumped on Day 22. Her brief stay during Casa Amor showed the competitive nature of the twist.
