Jason “Foxy” Fox began his military career at 16, joining the Royal Marines Commandos in 1992 before moving to the Special Boat Service in 2001, where he rose to Sergeant. Over his 20-year service, he led operations in hostage rescue, counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics, and jungle survival, and served as a Special Forces swimmer, diver, and explosives expert. Notably, he was part of the dive team that discovered Captain Kidd’s lost treasure off Madagascar. Medically discharged in 2012 due to PTSD, Foxy became a mental health advocate and co-founded Rock to Recovery to support veterans and their families. Beyond the military, he joined SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2015 and achieved a record in 2016 as part of the first team to row unsupported across the Atlantic from mainland Europe to South America, completing the journey in 50 days.
