Brianna Varela

Brianna Varela was a 21-year-old Retail Salesperson from Edmonds, Washington when she competed on Survivor: Guatemala. Born in Olympia and raised in Shelton, she attended Edmonds Woodway High School where she was part of the dance team and later became a cheerleader. Brianna worked as a makeup artist at an upscale department store and was thrilled when Stephenie LaGrossa joined her tribe. Her hesitation during a crucial immunity challenge angered tribemate Jamie Newton, and she was unanimously voted out on Day 8 as the weakest link. She later opened Sam's Tavern bar with her husband in Seattle.
