Silas Gaither

Silas Gaither was a 23-year-old Bartender from Los Angeles, California when he competed on Survivor: Africa. As the charismatic leader of the younger alliance on the Samburu tribe, Silas controlled the early votes on his tribe and seemed positioned for a deep run in the game. However, the first-ever tribe swap in Survivor history proved to be his downfall when he was sent to the Boran tribe without his alliance. In a historic move, the new Boran tribe intentionally threw an Immunity Challenge to vote him out on Day 15, making him the first victim of a tribal swap in Survivor history.
