Alexia Jayy

Alexia Jayy is a 31-year-old singer from Irvington, Alabama and a contestant on The Voice Season 29, where she is competing on Team Adam. Now based in Mobile, Alabama, Alexia has been pursuing music since the age of 2 and draws inspiration from artists like Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, and Donny Hathaway. She began performing early, including a solo at the Apollo at just 5 years old, and has continued writing and recording her own music as an adult. A self-described old soul, Alexia balances her artistry with motherhood, raising her two children while building her career, including writing her single “Who Raised You” in honor of her son.
