JW Griffin

JW Griffin is a 25-year-old country singer from Moultrie, Georgia and a contestant on The Voice Season 29, where he is competing on Team Kelly. Now based in Nashville, Tennessee, JW has spent recent years balancing early mornings as a bread delivery driver with late nights pursuing his music career. Raised on gospel and classic country, he picked up the guitar at 8 and began singing in church before gaining confidence in high school. After studying music management at Florida Southern College and performing across Florida, he moved to Nashville to chase his dream full-time and gained early momentum by winning a songwriting contest that led to a performance at Whiskey Jam during CMA Fest. Grounded in his Southern roots, JW is ready to showcase his journey and hard work on a national stage.
