Danni

Danni is a 25-year-old HGV service center administrator from Dorset and a tech enthusiast with an unconventional approach to baking. On The Great British Bake Off Season 17, they will put their experimental style to the test, combining foraged ingredients such as magnolia, chestnut and dandelion with flavours like ube and red bean paste. Danni draws inspiration from video games and animation and describes their baking style simply as “chaos, chaos, chaos.”
