Elizabeth "Connie" Lewis is a 63-year-old NHS hospital discharge lead from London who has been passionate about baking throughout her life. Known as “the cake lady,” she brings her adventurous, fun and nostalgic baking style to The Great British Bake Off Season 17, where she will showcase treats often flavoured with rum-soaked fruit, lemon or lavender. Outside of the NHS, Connie also runs a music centre with her husband, Myke, where students get to sample her latest creations.
