Alex George

Alex George was a 27-year-old A&E Doctor from Carmarthen when he appeared on the fourth season of Love Island UK. He entered on Day 1 and struggled to find a romantic connection throughout the series despite being popular with viewers. Alex went through multiple couplings including with Samira Mighty Ellie Brown Grace Wardle and Alexandra Cane. He finished on Day 57 alongside Alexandra just before the finale. After the show Alex became a mental health ambassador for the UK government.
