Ian Rosenberger

Ian Rosenberger was a 23-year-old Dolphin Trainer from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when he competed on Survivor: Palau. Originally from Ambridge, Pennsylvania, Ian worked at a marine life facility and was known for his athletic prowess and close friendship with Tom Westman. He won four individual immunity challenges and was considered one of the best challenge competitors of the season. Ian's game unraveled when his multiple alliances were exposed, damaging his relationships with Tom and Katie. In one of the most emotional moments in Survivor history, Ian stepped down from the final immunity challenge after nearly 12 hours, asking Tom to vote him out to preserve their friendship and his integrity. He finished in 3rd place and his sacrifice remains one of the most discussed moments in Survivor history.
