Jamie Newton

Jamie Newton was a 24-year-old Water Ski Instructor from North Hollywood, California when he competed on Survivor: Guatemala. A Central Missouri State University graduate with a degree in finance who was a Regional Wrestling Champion in 1999, Jamie worked as a water ski instructor at a children's summer camp and had appeared on 'All My Children' in 2003. He developed an intense rivalry with Bobby Jon Drinkard, culminating in a screaming match after an immunity challenge. Jamie became increasingly paranoid about being blindsided as the game progressed, and ironically his fears came true when he was blindsided by Rafe Judkins on Day 27. He has since pursued acting and modeling, starring in the 2012 film 'Seeking Mr. X' and dating fellow Survivor contestant Noura Salman from Island of the Idols.
