Moses G.

Moses G. is a 31-year-old vocalist, drummer, and music educator from Harlem, New York and a contestant on The Voice Season 29, where he is competing on Team John. Deeply rooted in faith, family, and the Gullah Geechee culture of South Carolina, Moses was taught to sing by his mother as part of a musical tradition passed down from his great-grandmother. By 15, he was already performing professionally and has since built an impressive career singing background for artists such as John Legend, Michael Bolton, Mary J. Blige, Tamar Braxton, and Ledisi, along with performing at Lincoln Center and touring internationally. Now dedicated to mentoring students and promoting confidence through music, Moses brings a renewed sense of purpose to the stage after overcoming personal struggles and embracing holistic wellness.
