💔 Hate Survivor Twists? Vote to Get Rid of Them

The third round of voting categories for ‘Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans’ now lets viewers decide on controversial game elements including whether twists should remain part of the gameplay. Fans can now cast their round three ballots starting this week, as of Survivor 48’s latest episode.

“The right twist at the right moment can change the game for players in exciting ways. But some fans prefer a more straightforward game where strategic alliances are all that matter. Which are you?”

Beyond the polarizing twists debate, fans will also decide on immunity necklace designs and whether tribes should be given supplies or be forced to earn them through competitions.

This follows previous voting rounds that determined tribe colors, rice allocation, fire-making challenges, tribe swaps, and the power of advantages. All voting results will remain under wraps until the milestone 50th season premieres in February 2026.

Currently in Season 48, Survivor continues implementing twists like the Block a Vote and Steal a Vote advantages that can be earned on journeys, but have also occasionally implemented mandatory vote-risking activities on these journeys which has caused some unrest with fans.

💍 The Challenge: All Stars Rivals Finale Ends With Surprise Proposal

Wednesday night’s thrilling finale saw one contestant pop the question after a shocking split decision as fans watched Adam Larson and Steve Meinke take home the $250,000 prize in the season’s final “Rivals”-themed challenge.

“First thing I’m going to do, and obviously Averey, if you’re seeing this right now, you might want to look to the left or right to make sure I’m on a knee,” Adam declared in his final confessional, addressing girlfriend (and fellow The Challenge contestant) Averey Tressler with an unexpected proposal that caught viewers off-guard.

Despite a dramatic history between the winning pair—Steve previously stole Adam’s star in their last competition together—both contestants chose to split the prize money, avoiding the dreaded one-game playoff and prize-stealing scenario that’s plagued past finalists.

The finale featured nail-biting challenges including “Pho King Trivia” with exotic “delicacies,” a grueling boat race, and “Balance Them All” where contestants balanced sandbags on teeter-totters in a down-to-the-wire finish.

While Adam and Steve celebrated their six-figure payday, other teams collected smaller consolation prizes:

  • Nicole and Melissa ($5,000)

  • Frank and Sam ($10,000)

  • Shane and Da’Vonne ($35,000)

As far as her answer, here’s what Averey had to say:
