Leann Slaby

Leann Slaby was a 35-year-old Equity Research Assistant from Kansasville, Wisconsin when she competed on Survivor: Vanuatu. A model for 15 years who sang the National Anthem for the Milwaukee Admirals and Brewers, Leann made headlines for donating a kidney to her diabetic father in 1998. She became Ami Cusack's second-in-command in the dominant Yasur Alliance and formed a final three deal with Ami and Julie Berry. Her game unraveled when she accidentally revealed plans to take Julie to the final four over Scout Cloud Lee, prompting Scout and Twila Tanner to flip to Chris Daugherty. Leann was blindsided on Day 30 in a 4-3 vote, becoming the third member of the jury.
