Misty Giles

Misty Giles was a 24-year-old Missile Engineer from Dallas, Texas when she competed on Survivor: Panama. A Southern Methodist University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and former Miss Texas Teen USA 1999, Misty worked for a premiere advanced technology corporation and has since become Vice President of Naval Shipboard Missiles at Raytheon. She made history as the first person ever sent to Exile Island in Survivor and the first to have the opportunity to find a Hidden Immunity Idol there, surviving her first night by eating earthworms. Misty was voted out on Day 8 in a 5-2 vote when the La Mina men's alliance deemed her too much of a strategic threat despite her strong challenge performance.
