Ruth Marie Milliman

Ruth Marie Milliman was a 48-year-old Real Estate Developer from Greenville, South Carolina when she competed on Survivor: Panama as the oldest woman of the season. A University of South Carolina graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice who became the First Female Narcotics Agent with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Agency in 1981, Ruth Marie had competed in the legendary Marathon des Sables in 2003, finishing second among 59 women in the 152-mile race. She was crowned Miss Teenage Greenville in 1975 and Miss Photogenic at Miss South Carolina. Despite being promised protection until final five by the La Mina men's alliance, Ruth Marie was voted out on Day 11 in a 4-2 vote when the men chose to keep the younger Sally Schumann instead.
