Everett Bounds

Everett Bounds is a 23-year-old country singer, guitarist and craftsman from Hesperia, California, whose late paw-paw’s record collection introduced him to outlaw-country legends. A traumatic brain injury at age 11 deepened his connection to the guitar as an emotional outlet. Everett now lives what he calls a “hillbilly gypsy” existence, traveling between dive bar and rodeo gigs, sleeping on couches and taking construction work wherever he can find it. He also handcrafts leather goods, silver jewelry and belt buckles. Proud of his country and blue-collar roots, Everett dreams of becoming a husband and father and earning enough to retire his single mother before she turns 50. After years of living hand-to-mouth, competing as a contestant on The Voice Season 30 with Team Riley could help Everett build a lasting music career and finally put down roots.
