Kayleigh Mathews

Kayleigh Mathews is a 31-year-old country singer from Tucson, Arizona, who has built her career the traditional way: one song, one stage and thousands of highway miles at a time. After her father bought her a guitar at age 15, she joined a local bluegrass association and began performing across the Southwest, discovering a passion for honest storytelling and live performance. She later moved to Nashville, where she worked as a Grand Ole Opry tour guide and met her husband, Kevin, a retired Marine who became her independent music manager. Together, they built her career from the ground up, touring throughout the United States and Mexico and eventually making music their full-time livelihood. Kayleigh credits every mentor, small-town venue, empty room, rowdy crowd and community that has believed in her along the way. As a contestant on The Voice Season 30, Kayleigh hopes to turn years of sacrifice, perseverance and unwavering belief in her dream into a breakthrough, following her battle-round steal to Team Riley.
