Virgilio 'Billy' Garcia was a 36-year-old Heavy Metal Musician from New York City when he competed on Survivor: Cook Islands, becoming famous for one of the most memorable Tribal Council moments in the show's history. A heavy metal guitarist and songwriter with the band Forsakken who also worked as a professional wrestler under the name 'Spanish Fly' and won a silver medal at the AAU Wrestling National Championships in 1997, Billy struggled with the physical demands of the game. He created one of Survivor's most iconic moments when he announced at Tribal Council that he was in love with Candice Woodcock after she mouthed 'we love you' following a challenge loss. Billy was voted out on Day 6 in a 4-1 vote and later appeared in several feature films including directing 'The Infernal Room.'
