Jake Billingsley was a 60-year-old Land Broker from McKinney, Texas when he competed on
Survivor: Thailand as the oldest contestant of the season. A Texas A&M University graduate in Animal Husbandry, Jake spent over 30 years in commercial real estate in the Dallas area and became president of an outdoor adventure company after his son-in-law was tragically killed in a plane crash. As the oldest male, he was tasked with selecting the Sook Jai tribe and filled it with young, strong players, though interpersonal conflicts would doom his tribe to a numbers disadvantage at the merge. Jake was the last Sook Jai member standing when he was voted out on Day 33, and he later wrote an autobiography titled 'Shaping My Hat' and appeared in the 2006 movie 'After Sundown.'
