Top Chef: Carolinas Season 23. Known for her speed, precision, and butchering skills, she thrives under pressure. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University, she worked at the two-star Michelin restaurant Marea in New York City before becoming executive chef at Stagioni in Charlotte.
