Laurence Louie

Laurence Louie is a contestant on Top Chef: Carolinas Season 23. Raised in a Chinese-American family in Boston, he took an extended trip to China where he learned Mandarin and apprenticed at a noodle shop. He is now the owner of Rubato, a Hong Kong-style café that blends Chinese-American roots with refined technique.
