Sieger Bayer

Sieger Bayer is a contestant on Top Chef: Carolinas Season 23. He decided to become a chef while in high school and later graduated from Kendall College’s culinary program. After working in kitchens across Europe, he settled in Chicago, where he is now executive chef of Berria, highlighting local ingredients through a global lens.
