Dave Johnson

Dave Johnson was a 24-year-old Rocket Scientist from Pasadena, California when he competed on Survivor: The Amazon. A Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute graduate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Dave worked for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and once biked across the United States with three friends for two months, taking only three showers. He was selected to go on the tribe switch summit with Jenna Morasca and chose the new Tambaqui tribe composition. Dave became the first jury member after being unanimously voted out on Day 24 for his athleticism and perceived arrogance, and he cast his jury vote for Jenna after she answered his question about emulating influential leaders.
