Shawna Mitchell

Shawna Mitchell was a 23-year-old Retail Saleswoman from Los Angeles, California when she competed on Survivor: The Amazon. A College of William and Mary graduate with a BBA in marketing, Shawna studied abroad in Tasmania and interned in London for a sports marketing firm, and has an identical twin sister named Kerrin. She became the first player shown considering quitting after having a mental breakdown, but was kept in the game against her wishes when her alliance voted out JoAnna instead. After the tribe switch, Shawna perked back up while flirting with Alex Bell, but her closeness to him concerned her alliance and she was voted out on Day 18. Shawna later became an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah College of Nursing.
